PRECISION
Our technicians are ASE Certified. They have worked at dealerships and received the specific dealership training that guarantees the quality of service that you can typically only find at a dealership or manufacturer repair shop. As such, it is a requirement that our technicians actually find THE PROBLEM with your car during a diagnostic - There is no guess work involved in our diagnostic process.
Is this familiar?
"You need a starter!"
... "The starter was bad, but you need to replace your battery as well" ...
... "Now that we've got the starter and battery repaired, somehow your fuel pump has gone bad" ...
... "Now that we have the vehicle running, you also need a crankshaft position sensor" ...
You will NEVER have to worry about these situations when you use our certified technicians to figure out what your vehicle needs. When we find the problem, we THOROUGHLY will explain to you with dealership warranty levels of notation and explanation as to why it is that you need to replace the items that you require. We will ENSURE that you have a full understanding of what it is we're replacing, why it is that we're replacing it, and how it will effect the driveability of your vehicle.
PRIORITIZING
We do a maintenance and overall safety check on every vehicle we work on, unless you choose to opt out. Once we have a full checkup on your vehicles needs, we will prioritize them for you in order for you to make well-informed decisions as to which services/repairs you will be performing. We prioritize these items based on the following, in order of importance -
Operational Ability - Car won't start/drive, obviously needs to be handled first
Safety - Brakes, suspension work or anything that potentially could harm your passengers or others on the road
Necessity - Recommendations based on the vehicles overall well being, to include fluids, belts, and minor repairs that will prevent problems in the future - NOT just going by mileage, but actually checking the condition of your vehicles components
Convenience - Anything not necessarily "maintenance" related, but things that may provide you with added comfort, or cosmetics that may need to be repaired/replaced (Not to include dent repair or major body work/painting)
