• How Much Will The Repair Cost? It depends on multiple factors, such as the model, the issue, date, time, and location.

• How Soon Can I Schedule a Technician? As soon as you book online, pay the travel fee, add "it's urgent" in the notes, or contact us by phone or text to let us know, we will arrange delivery to your location and provide an ETA.

• What's The ETA? Our technician can give you the exact ETA only after you've received and assessed information about your device, the issue(s), and your address. Factor in what if a train stops en route around Houston, or it suddenly rains; the ETA can change. Please be patient with our technicians, as many variables are beyond their control, including Houston's weather, train schedules, and accidents. We can usually be at your doorstep in 1-2 hours or 4-5 hours. If you need it urgently, please type "It's urgent" in the notes when booking your service.

• How Long Does The Screen Repair Take? The repair usually takes 15-40 Minutes, depending on the model, the issue(s), the day of the week, and holidays. A screen repair can take 15 minutes, while a motherboard repair can take 3 days. 

• Do I Lose any Information After a Screen or Battery Replacement? No. However, if the issue is on the motherboard, we recommend you take a full backup before proceeding with your service request.

• How Do We Fix Your Broken Phone Screen? We drive to your convenient location and fix your device curbside in the car.

• Is There a Warranty? Yes! Our mobile phone repair service includes a lifetime warranty, provided the device has no physical damage or signs of heavy use.

• Can You Fix Water Damage or Recover Data From a Damaged Phone? Yes, we can repair water-damaged phones; however, they may be unreparable. It depends on the extent of damage, the duration of submersion, and any prior damage. You would need to diagnose it, and then we can let you know whether it's fixable.

• What Happens if My Device Can't Be Fixed? Our techs are trained to replace screen batteries and other parts. If your phone has a motherboard issue, we need to take it for more repairs, which will take 1-3 days. If you decide not to proceed, we will still need to charge $50, plus tax and fees, for travel, labor, and diagnosis.

• What Type of Parts Will Be Used in My Phone? We can install LCD or OLED-quality screens on your iPhone if you'd like. Any part we use is the most reliable available at this price. All parts are sourced from third-party manufacturers, and none are Apple's original components. If you prefer an Apple Genuine part, use the Apple store. There is an Apple store in Galleria Mall, and there is another one on Westheimer Rd, and Weslayan St
