Presentation Format
Project Session:
20 min. is assigned to the oral presentation including discussion.
General Presentation:
2 min. of short presentation should be provided in advance of the poster presentation.
English is required for abstracts and presentation media.
All authors are required to submit an abstract.
The length of the abstract should be 1 page in A4 size. The abstract should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the work.
We strongly encourage the submission of abstracts (PDF file) to the organizing committee by e-mail. The book of abstracts will be distributed to all participants at the forum.
All presenters are required registration of the forum with abstract submission.
