IEP Input with Autocrat

Purpose

It can be difficult to collect data for an IEP meeting from staff members who may not have access to the IEP portal (e.g., general ed teachers, paraprofessionals, elective teachers). Autocrat can streamline the process, making it easier for all parties to give the necessary input before the meeting.

Objectives

Create a Google Form & Sheet to collect data
Set up a Google Doc template for IEP input
Connect Google Form/Sheet to Docs template using Autocrat
Review how to access information given from staff members

The lessons below are steps to create & use this strategy. Feel free to go through the lesson, one at a time, or skip through and only take the lessons you need. When you're finished, you'll have a tool you can immediately use and you can fill out the PD reflection survey to get your certificate.
