How to Pay

Use your PURDUE TRAVEL CARD to pay online at the reigstration link. Details on how to complete Concur for an invoice or direct billing are included below. 

Note: Do not use your County PCARD for Registration

Concur Report

• Paying with Outside Funding (County Funds): When creating your account you should select your county billing number. An invoice will be created to submit to your county claims.

• Paying with Ed Fund/Campus Funds or Grant Funding: Use your county Ed Fund account number or the grant account number if grant is through the university.

• Your hotel can be filed the same way in concur on one report or seperate depending on the funding requirements.

• Personal Funds: You may pay with a personal credit card.

• Please reach out to your District Secretaries for assistance or questions.

Refund Policy

Once registration is submitted there will be no refunds issued or transfers to another staff member.
