RULES!!

1. All participants are to ensure that all information submitted by them for the purpose of registration are complete and accurate.

2. The confirmation of participation is ONLY VALID when payment of the registration fees is successfully made. 

3. An event registration confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 7 working days from successful registration date, please contact or email us. 

4. By confirmation of payment, the participant agrees to abide by the rules and regulation set forth by the Organiser.

5. All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE

6. The Organiser reserves the right to not refund any participants for their registration to The Event, in the event that the participant is unable to attent The Event for whatever reason. 

1. The Organizer (IEM YES - Young Engineer Section) has the right to make amendments at any time or part of these conditions without referring to the participant. Any changes will be communicated to all registered participants. 

2. Participants must uphold good values, respect others and maintain good discipline throughout the event. 

3. Participants to observe safety and precaution during the event. Any injuries or health issues must be reported to the Organizing Committee immediately. 

4. The Organizer are committed to protect participants' personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Participants consent to the collection and appropriate use of personal data including but not limited to names, affliated institutions and contact details for purposes relevant to the successful planning, execution and legacy of the event. 

This may include internal communication, certification and recognition. All data will be handled with care and discretion, and will not be used for purposes unrelated to the competition without prior notice or consent

5. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage. 

6. All participants shall indemnify the Organiser from any legal claim arising from misconduct or breach of rules.
