IELTS Reading (“the app”) is an offline IELTS Academic Reading practice app operated by Nasrullah Bin Aziz. This policy explains what happens to your data. In short: none of it ever leaves your device.
No account or sign-in of any kind.
No backend server. The app does not send your answers, highlights, notes, or any other content to a server operated by us.
No analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.
No access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or photos.
Your answers, highlights, notes, favorites, and progress are never transmitted, uploaded, sold, or shared.
The app stores the following information in the app’s local storage on your device only. It is never stored on a server:
Mock-test and practice answers, scores, and attempt history
In-progress test progress (if auto-save is on)
Passage highlights and notes
Favorites and flashcard progress
App preferences (theme, text size, auto-save)
This data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it. You can also erase it at any time from Settings → Reset all data inside the app.
The app does not request contacts, camera, microphone, location, or photo access. Downloading or updating the app from Google Play is handled by Google and is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy.
The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDKs. Google Play has its own privacy practices for distribution and updates only.
The app is a study tool for exam candidates and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects no personal information at all.
If this policy changes (for example, if a future version adds an optional online feature), the updated policy will be published at this same URL with a new “Last updated” date.
