¢ To conduct a needs analysis to identify areas of interest and support that can be addressed through webinars and sessions.

¢To conduct monthly Spotlight sessions to invite teachers to share best practices on a selected theme (chosen from the needs analysis)

¢ To extend IELTA network of teachers in Pakistan for uniformity of Professional Development.
