My passion for outreach began before I started university. Throughout the years, I've participated in numerous projects in diverse roles, all with the ultimate goal of spreading the curiosity that astronomy can inspire and using it to support community education and development.
For over five years, I served as a guide at the Observatory and Planetarium of La Plata, sharing the insides of astronomy with a general audience and fostering a deeper appreciation for the universe. My work included leading tours through the museum, conducting nocturnal observations using 19th-century telescopes, and guiding visitors inside the planetarium
In 2015, I led the "El cielo en la terraza del Planetario" project, which focused on producing audiovisual content for planetariums and connecting them with activities outside the dome. My responsibilities included managing and coordinating activities and training outreach workers to enhance engagement and educational value.
I also designed and delivered "Otra mirada al cielo," a popular public course for those interested in learning about the night sky. This course ran successfully at the La Plata Planetarium for two consecutive years (2017-2018), enriching participants' knowledge of astronomy.
I was part of the first expedition to Miraflores as part of the international project "Groundwater Resources for Small Rural and Aboriginal Communities in Chaco." This initiative aimed to provide local communities with essential knowledge of water resources.
I have delivered invited talks at various outreach events, sharing insights and experiences to foster community interest in science. I also played an active role in national outreach conferences, including the "Congreso Nacional de Extensión Universitaria" in Argentina in 2014 and 2016, contributing to discussions on university outreach and community engagement.
