The rules to be observed during the International English Language Olympiad are presented as follows:
• It is mandatory for all participants to stick to the schedule of the Olympiad, to obey the rules established by the organizers at the accommodation and competition venues, as well as to display respectful conduct.
• Participating students are obliged to have and show an identification document (ID card or passport) and the badge issued by the organizers, throughout the duration of the Olympiad.
• Participating students shall provide the organizers all necessary information which will be used in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
• By signing the meeting minutes, participants agree to appear in public images / photographs / snapshots that will be used on the Olympiad's website / Facebook page for event promotion.
• The transportation of participating students to any location will only be done in the company of the appointed accompanying teachers from each country.
• Travel to the destinations specified in the Olympiad's programme will only be carried out under the guidance of the teachers appointed by the organizers.
• The cost of any item destroyed or damaged during the journey and presence at the competition, in accommodation facilities, or at the competition venue will be borne by those who caused the damage.
• At the end of the technical briefing session, participating students and the accompanying teachers appointed by each country will sign the minutes of the meeting to confirm that they have been informed and undertake to comply with the conduct rules.
