Eligibility & Grouping
Participants must be students from Form 1 or Form 2 at schools in Perak Tengah.
Participants need to register in a group of 2 or 3 including a group leader.
Each team must have ONE Maker-Uno kit.
Each team is strongly encouraged to have a computer or a laptop per group to utilize the Maker-Uno kits.
Official rules:
Each team must create a project utilizing the Maker-UNO kit and use at least ONE sensor that is covered during the workshop which is LDR/DHT11/Ultrasonic/IR.
Additional sensors that are not covered in the workshop are allowed to be used in the project.
The competition theme is Sustainability and Environment in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
Submission:
The project submission will be through a video presentation. Each team is required to record a video of their project and present it according to the criteria provided.

The videos may be done in English or Bahasa Melayu.
The link to submit the videos will be provided on our IEEE School Lab Outreach Program website by September 2022.
The winning team will be announced on 8th October 2022, during our virtual closing ceremony.
Video Requirements:
All members must be present in the video.
The video must not exceed 10 minutes.
The video can either be uploaded to Google Drive or YouTube, and the shared link must be viewable.
Please ensure that videos uploaded on YouTube are set to private.
The video link must be submitted to a Google Form provided by the organization at a later date.
