IEEE Bangalore Technology conclave 2026

Scope and Objective

As embedded systems, edge intelligence, and domain-specific computing continue to evolve rapidly, the boundaries between software, systems, and hardware are becoming increasingly blurred. Meeting the growing complexity and performance demands of modern computing platforms now requires co-design methodologies that deliver optimized, reliable, and scalable solutions. 

IEEE BTC 2026 invites high-quality contributions on Sustainable AI, with a focus on integrated approaches that bring together hardware, software, and system-level innovations to enable energy-efficient, resilient, and future-ready computing. We welcome submissions in (but not limited to) the following SIX focus areas: 

• System-level Design

• Application-specific Design

• System Architecture

• Simulation, Validation and Verification

• Embedded Software

• Safety, Security and Reliability

All deadlines are Anywhere on Earth (AoE, UTC-1200) 

• Submission Opens: Mar 16, 2026

• Paper Submission Deadline: Jun 14, 2026

• Notification of Acceptance: Aug 08, 2026

• Camera-ready Submission: Aug 30, 2026

Submission Types

We solicit submission of original, unpublished work in any of the following 2 categories (where page limit includes all figures, tables, references, etc.):

• Proceedings category (4-6 pages): For authors seeking for archival publications. Submissions in this track will go through a thorough peer-review process, and accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

• Non-proceedings category: For authors presenting early-stage research, industry insights, position papers, or work planned for submission to other venues.  Submissions in this track will be peer-reviewed for relevance and quality. Accepted contributions will be presented at the conference via talks or posters, but will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
