* Use the IEEE conference paper templates in Word or LaTeX format.

* Ensure the paper is within page limits and follows IEEE two-column format, US letter size.

* Include all author names and affiliations in the final version.

* Insert the appropriate IEEE copyright notice at the bottom of the first page.

2. Add IEEE Copyright Notice

Depending on your author affiliation, use one of the following statements:

* For most authors:

© 2025 IEEE. Personal use of this material is permitted. Permission from IEEE must be obtained for all other uses.

* For U.S. government authors:

U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.

* For Crown government authors:

© 2025 Crown. This material is licensed to IEEE.

Place this notice in the footer of the first page, bottom left or bottom center.

3. Generate IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF via PDF eXpress

1. Go to: https://edas.info/index.php?c=33449

2. Use Conference ID: 65146X

3. Create an account (if new) or log in.

4. Upload your manuscript (Word, LaTeX-generated PDF, etc.)

5. PDF eXpress will generate a certified PDF or validate your existing PDF.

6. Save the final validated PDF (this is what you will upload to EDAS).

• Upload Final Paper on EDAS

• 1. Log in to: https://edas.info/index.php?c=33449

• 2. Go to My Papers, select your accepted paper.

• 3. Click Upload Final Manuscript.

• 4. Upload the IEEE PDF eXpress validated PDF.

• 5. Confirm metadata (title, authors, affiliations) matches your paper exactly.

• 6. Complete and submit the IEEE eCopyright Form through EDAS.

• 7. Add your registration confirmation number if required.
