Author Instructions
To be published in the IEEE NFV-SDN 2022 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE NFV-SDN 2022 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
All papers need to be submitted electronically through the EDAS website (https://nfv-sdn22-bc-sdn.edas.info/newPaper.php?c=30025) with PDF format.
Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings.
Papers must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 6 pages in IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Format, including tables, figures, references and appendices.
Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation assessed by at least three reviewers.
Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work. IEEE NFV-SDN 2022 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from the digital library and indexing services), if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE Communications Society will take action against any author who engages in either practice.
All accepted papers will be published in IEEE CPS proceedings (EI Indexed) and collected by IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
