Effective Date: December 23, 2025
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and the developer and operator of Idle Mow, together with its affiliated partners (collectively, “Idle Mow”). Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Idle Mow software and related services.
Article 1 General Provisions
1.1 Idle Mow hereby reminds you to pay particular attention to the provisions that exempt Idle Mow from liability or limit your rights. You should carefully read and independently assess the risks. Individuals without full civil capacity or with limited civil capacity must review this Agreement under the guidance of their legal guardians.
1.2 By downloading, installing, or using the Idle Mow software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must refrain from downloading, copying, or using the software, and must not click to indicate acceptance.
1.3 Idle Mow may update or amend this Agreement from time to time. Once published, the updated terms will replace the previous version and take immediate effect. Please regularly review update notifications as provided under Article 2.1. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should cease using the software and services. Continued use shall constitute deemed acceptance of the updated Agreement.
1.4 You must be a natural person with full legal capacity and the ability to bear legal responsibility. By downloading, installing, or using the Idle Mow software or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Any consequences resulting from your lack of such capacity shall be borne solely by you and/or your legal guardian.
Article 2 Agreement Scope
2.1 You understand and agree that all rules, including but not limited to product descriptions, usage guidelines, in-game currency rules, and user conduct rules, published by Idle Mow through the following channels, form an integral part of this Agreement and are legally binding upon you once published:
2.1.1 In-app notifications within the Idle Mow software.
2.2 Idle Mow reserves the right to reject registration applications where the applicant has previously been banned, is suspected of submitting false information, impersonating another individual, or otherwise failing to meet the registration requirements.
Article 3 Disclaimer of Liability
3.1 Users are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying any advertising or promotional content displayed through Idle Mow. Unless expressly stated in writing, such advertisements or materials do not constitute a recommendation or guarantee by Idle Mow for any transaction, whether online or offline, except where required by applicable law.
3.2 Idle Mow shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from:
3.2.1 Unauthorized or unlawful use of the software.
3.2.2 Service disruptions, delays, or data loss caused by force majeure events, routine network or equipment maintenance, system or communication failures, power outages, labor disputes, government actions, or any circumstances beyond Idle Mow’s reasonable control.
3.2.3 Any other loss not directly attributable to Idle Mow.
3.3 Subject to applicable laws, Idle Mow may determine the advertising content displayed within the software at the request of cooperating advertisers.
3.4 The Adjust SDK integrated in Idle Mow is used solely for analytics and attribution. Idle Mow shall not be responsible for any issues arising from its proper use in accordance with Adjust’s terms of service.
Article 4 Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Services
4.1 Idle Mow may suspend or terminate part or all of its services for justifiable and lawful reasons without incurring additional liability.
4.2 Upon termination of your contractual relationship with Idle Mow:
4.2.1 Idle Mow may continue to retain your registration and usage information.
4.2.2 If you engaged in illegal activities or breached this Agreement during your use, Idle Mow may continue to pursue remedies as provided herein.
4.3 Where services are interrupted for technical reasons (e.g., maintenance, replacement, system failure, or communication issues), Idle Mow may notify users either in advance or afterwards, as appropriate.
4.4 Temporary service interruptions will be announced within the software interface.
4.5 Idle Mow reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and revoke your access to its services in any of the following circumstances:
4.5.1 Death or legal declaration of disappearance of the user.
4.5.2 Theft of another person’s personal information or device.
4.5.3 Providing false registration information.
4.5.4 Acquiring or using in-game currency through unlawful means (e.g., hacking).
4.5.5 Interfering with the normal use of the service by other users.
4.5.6 Falsely representing oneself as Idle Mow staff or management.
4.5.7 Unauthorized modification or attempted intrusion into Idle Mow’s systems.
4.5.8 Spreading false information or otherwise damaging Idle Mow’s reputation and operations.
4.5.9 Disseminating spam, advertisements, or harassing information through the services.
4.5.10 Any other conduct that violates this Agreement or applicable law.
Article 5 Intellectual Property
5.1 All trademarks, intellectual property, and related rights in connection with Idle Mow and its advertising content belong to Idle Mow and/or its advertisers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use such content without prior written authorization.
Article 6 Miscellaneous
6.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
6.2 The copyright of this Agreement belongs to Idle Mow. Idle Mow reserves the right to interpret and amend this Agreement within the limits permitted by applicable law.
