This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies solely to you (“User”) and the developer and operator of Idle Mow, together with its affiliated partners (collectively, “Idle Mow”). Please read this Policy carefully to fully understand how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

1.1 We do not require you to create an account or submit any personal data to run. However, we may still collect information directly from you, from third-party sources, and automatically through your use of our Services:
- User-Provided Information:Information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as your name and email address.
- Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our products, we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, the operating system or platform of your mobile device, the type of mobile device you use, the unique device ID of your mobile device, and information about the features of our products that you access;
- Log and Usage Data: Log and Usage Data refers to diagnostic, usage, and performance information about the Services that our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and that we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, such Log Data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, settings, and information about your activities on the Services (such as date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take, such as the features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings);
- Business Development Information: To assess and pursue potential business opportunities, we may collect and receive personal information about current, former, and prospective customers, vendors and service providers, business partners, including contact information and other similar identifiers, company and professional information, and communications records.
2.How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
2.1 Collection and Use Scenarios
We collect and use personal information in compliance with the principles of legality, fairness, and necessity. The information you provide, or that is generated in the course of your use of the App, will be used strictly for the purposes stated in this Policy.
- To enable the core functions of the App and services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. Refusal to provide such information may prevent you from using basic features.
- For enhanced or extended functions, additional personal information may be required. Refusal to provide this information will not affect your use of the core functions but may limit access to certain enhanced features or optimal experiences.
2.2 Use of Adjust SDK
This App integrates the Adjust SDK, which is used exclusively for analytics and attribution purposes to help us understand user behavior and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities. The Adjust SDK may collect device-related information such as identifiers (e.g., IDFA, AAID), device model, operating system version, and interaction data. Such information is processed in accordance with Adjust’s privacy policy and our instructions, and used solely for the stated purposes.
3. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Personal Information
3.1 Sharing
We do not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual except in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent.
- As required by applicable laws, regulations, litigation, or government/judicial requests.
- When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Idle Mow, its users, or the public.
- With our affiliated companies, where strictly necessary to provide services related to this product. Any change of purpose will require renewed authorization.
- With authorized partners (e.g., promotion, analytics, or technical service providers) for the sole purpose of delivering services and improving user experience. Such partners are bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy.
Currently, this App does not actively obtain personal information from third parties. If indirect collection from third parties becomes necessary in the future, we will notify you in advance of the source, type, and scope of use, and seek your consent where required.
3.2 Transfer
We do not transfer your personal information except:
- With your explicit consent;
- In the event of merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy, provided the new entity remains bound by this Policy. If changes occur in how personal information is processed, renewed consent will be sought.
3.3 Public Disclosure
We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless:
- With your explicit consent;

Notifications may be sent via phone, push notification, or public announcement when individual notice is impractical.

We will proactively or upon request delete your personal information in situations such as:
- The processing purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer necessary;
- We cease providing products/services or the retention period expires;
- You withdraw your consent;
- We process data unlawfully;
- Other circumstances required by law.

4.2 Response to Requests
We will respond within 15 working days. Reasonable requests are free of charge, but repeated or excessive requests may incur fees. Requests may be denied if they contravene legal requirements, are repetitive, technically unfeasible, endanger others’ rights, or are otherwise impractical.

- If you are under 14, please review this Policy with your guardian and obtain explicit consent before using our services.
- With guardian consent, minors’ information will only be used, shared, or disclosed as permitted by law and necessary for service provision or protection of minors.
- If guardians object to the collection or use of a minor’s information, the minor must cease using the services immediately and notify us.
- Guardians may contact us regarding the use of services or information provided by minors under their care.
7. Updates to This Policy
