Now, we will talk about some of our common emotions we feel and when we might feel these emotions...
Here are some tips for when our emotions feel overwhelming:
step away from a situation that might be frustrating you (alert the teacher before leaving)
go get a drink of water
take a walk
talk to a trusted friend or family member
do something calming
draw or paint
play with your favorite toy
get your body moving (yoga or dancing are a few ideas!)
