These terms cover Ghost AI: Voice Reminders (Android package com.ideazen.app), provided by MoodGenius Labs.
Using the app
Ghost AI helps you organize notes, activities and reminders, including by voice. Use it lawfully and only submit content that you have the right to use. Do not misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
AI and reminders
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Check each activity, date and time. Reminder delivery depends on permissions, device settings and other technical conditions. Keep a separate backup for critical deadlines. Ghost AI is not an emergency service.
Your content
You retain your rights to your content. Notes and activities are stored on your device, not on servers operated by MoodGenius Labs. External AI processing is separate from local storage; see the Privacy Policy. Keep copies of important information.
Purchases
Prices and payment conditions for paid features are shown before purchase through Google Play. Manage purchases and any subscriptions through Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability
Features may change through updates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
