Use the Services to generate deceptive, hateful, or adult content;
Violate applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse.
You are responsible for all content, text, and images you upload or generate through the Services (“User Content”).
By uploading or submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have all necessary rights to use the content;
Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We process your User Content solely for real-time AI generation.
We do not collect, store, or analyze any facial or biometric data, and all uploaded files are handled securely and deleted automatically after processing.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and display it only for the purpose of generating and delivering the requested output.
All AI-generated results (“Generated Content”) are provided to you for personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise permitted by us in writing.
We do not claim ownership over Generated Content, but you are solely responsible for how you use it.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and user interface) remain the property of our app and its licensors.
Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.
Your privacy is important to us.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services and all generated content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any generated images or videos.
You are solely responsible for how you use or share the generated content.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Services will be error-free or secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our app, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Your use or inability to use the Services;
Any generated content or third-party materials;
Unauthorized access or alteration of your data.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Services during the past twelve (12) months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
