About the event

IDEAL 2027 will take place on 3 - 4 June 2027 in Brussels.

The conference will feature short research talks, a Distinguished Lecture by Radha Kessar, and a panel discussion on challenges faced by underrepresented groups in academia.

It will start on the afternoon of 3rd June with talks and discussions, followed by a social event. On the 4th June there  will be a panel discussion and a poster session, before closing with the Distinguished Lecture.

We encourage participation from researchers at all career stages, particularly underrepresented groups.
