2109 SRO of the Year will be announced in April at the IDASRO Training and Business meeting in Sun Valley, ID.

Thank you for your letters of support and many nominations!

Congratulations to Hyrum Jones of the Ada County Sheriff's Office! He is the 2018 Idaho Association's choice for SRO of the Year. You don't have to look very far to see why Hyrum was nominated. He has a great relationship with the schools, teachers and students in the community he serves. Hyrum's nomination was accompanied by letters from several people whose lives he has impacted.

Just this year, 2018, The National Association of School Resource Officers presented the Floyd Ledbetter National School Resource Officer of the Year Award to our very own Deputy Dan Sperry of the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office.

IDASRO is always taking letters of nomination for the Idaho School Resource Officer's Association - SRO of the Year. Your SRO could be the next photo to fill this page. Do you know an officer that goes above and beyond? How about one that has created a unique resource for your community? Let us know about it. Send letters to shawn.scott@idasro.org
