At the UM we have been using moodle for many years to support educational process. For this purpose, a central installation of the system has been made at the level of the institution. During the use of the system the need arose for entering the applications that educators need at their work. Each participant of educational process get it's own identity at the beginning to enter the educational support system. After a successful login to the system, the content of the workspace is adapted to individual depending on the role of the participant. The appearance of the workforce of the teacher consist of the teacher's obligations which are stored in the central information system. The teacher receives the list of subjects in which he/she participates. In moodle there is an option to customise the appearance of the desktop to a certain extent. The panel could also be used for a faster access to individual item. In moodle the teacher can use his/her own structure and content. Within the subject, content is divided in blocks which are related to the structure of the subject. In the first block, the participant receives the general information. Then learning content in various forms follows. Activities could also be prepared, which must be exercised by the participants. Knowledge tests are also part of the system which is convenient for conducting the exams. Each section could be marked as hidden in order to show the content at the right timing during the coursework.
