Terms of service

Commissions

• Payment is not required until the sketch for the piece is finished.

• I offer full refunds before the sketch is finished, and half refunds after the sketch phase.

• If the client asks for a refund, the client will not receive the commissioned artwork regardless of the stage of completion.

• I do not offer refunds if the piece is already finished or near completion .

• The Client will not be refunded if they are unsatisfied with the commission, but minor edits can be made. Major revisions should be addressed during the sketch stage.

• I have the right to deny any service.

Custom characters

• If you decide you don't like the character I have created, I hold the right to finish and sell the design as an adopt .

  • • • (some situations such as redesigns or heavily personalized characters can be an exception to this)

• I prefer to use a lot of artistic freedom, but I'm more than willing to follow thorough descriptions as well.

Image Rights/Use

• Art commissions made by myself are not to be used commercially in any way unless discussed with me beforehand.

  • • • • Commissions for commercial use will be charged more than personal/ non-commercial commissions. Prices are negotiable.

• Client may make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. Cropping, Adding text/ borders, Changing Brightness/ Contrast/ Hue/ Saturation).

Offering on adopts

• Payment must be sent within 24 hours.

• I will hold an adopt for AB (Auto Buy) price only.

• Holds last for a maximum of 25 days.

• Payment plans are offered for adopts/designs if they exceed $100.

• Do not sell my designs for more than they are purchased for.

• When offering art, please specify how much/what you are offering.

• I hold the right to deny selling a character to anyone.

My designs

• My designs are allowed to be redesigned, as long as elements of the original design remain present.

• Some closed species have a way of "overhauling" or scrapping the original design to use the slot again. My closed species designs are NOT overhaulable, I do not allow the scrapping of an original design.

  • Some Species have a voiding process, I (Icystar626) do allow voiding of characters CS form(s) you are welcome to either DM me or use this as part of any required permission.

General terms of service

• Payment is accepted only through Paypal.

• Credit back to me, the artist (@Icystar626), when reposting finished commissions.

• Do not claim credit of my art/designs as your own.

• Do not copy, heavily reference, or trace any of my art or designs.

• I hold the right to post any finished commissions on any social media unless otherwise requested by the client to keep the commission private.
