Instructions to presenters

Presentation guideline
The standard format of the projectors in the conference rooms is 16:9 (widescreen). Please submit your presentation file (PPT or PDF) to us (xraymongolia@gmail.com) before August 24, 2023. Presentations will be uploaded to the designated drive folder for participants of the ICXRA-VI.
Oral presentation is allocated 20-30 minutes including 5 minutes for discussion. Please noted that presenter’s brief CV should be introduced on the second slide of your presentation. (download the CV template)
All posters will be presented in Session VI. Each poster is allocated 5 minutes for oral presentation. Limit the number of slides to a maximum of 5 (including the title slide). Poster presentation can also be presented on one page like a printed poster with standard size (4x3) or widescreen size (16:9).
The participants will be able to put their printed posters on the poster boards ahead of the event. The size of your poster should be (w x h) 80 cm x 120 cm.
Zoom
Before the conference:
If you have not used Zoom before, please take a moment before the conference begins to download, install, and become familiar with the software. Take the Zoom test well before the workshop begins to make sure you have the most updated version of the software and that your equipment and connections work properly.

Dry run (Zoom testing) with participants individually if necessary. On the day of your presentation, please register online and check your connection.
During the conference:
Please keep your microphone OFF except when you speak, in order to avoid audio feedback.
Please keep the video ON during Opening and Discussion.
For the discussion or question & answer, please raise your “virtual hand” if you wish to speak, and wait for the chair to acknowledge you.
If you cannot use the raising hand feature, please use chat feature to talk to us.
Please share the screen by yourself at your presentation. In case the organizer shares screen, please say “next” to move on to the next slide.
