Professor Dr.-Ing Kalamullah Ramli is currently a professor in Computer Engineering, Universitas Indonesia. He is a member of the Academic Senate of Universitas Indonesia. Other professional and academic experience include being the member of Academic Senate of the Faculty of Engineering of Universitas Indonesia, the advisory committee of the Indonesian Datacenter Provider Association, the advisory committee of the Indonesia Smart Grid Initiative, and the advisory committee of Indonesia 5G Forum.

He received his Doktor-Ingenieur (Dr.-Ing) from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universitaet Duisburg-Essen, NRW, Germany.

He is a professor at ITS, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, one of the prominent universities in Indonesia. After more than 25 years of teaching and research at the university, he is now serving as the head of the Laboratory of the Ocean Environment and Energy in the Department of Ocean Engineering of ITS. He graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department of ITS (1993) and then a master's degree in Environmental Hydraulic of Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN), Canada (1998). His doctoral degree was in the field of ocean environmental risk engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences of MUN, Canada (2001). His interest in the ensiromnent and energy has made him serving various tasks in academics, public policy, and business. hi 2014 along with his team, Prof. Mukhtasor established a postgraduate program, master and doctoral program in ocean energy and management. Many graduates from this program are now active in teaching, research, and industrial services in ocean energy and related fields. His research field and publications of interest are mainly in ocean current energy, ocean wave energy, and ocean thermal energy, as well as in marine environmental issues, including deep waters surveys. Working related to the energy sector, he was serving as a member of the National Energy Council of the Republic of Indonesia (2009-2014). The council is led by the President of the Republic of Indonesia with members consisting of seven ministries working in affairs related to energy production, distribution and consumption, and eight independent experts of relevance. In 2015-2016 he served as senior advisor for the CEO of PT. Pertamina (Persero), the National Oil Company of Indonesia. With experiences in energy in general, and ocean and renewable energy in particular, he is currently a resource person in the field for the PT. PLN (Persero), the National Power Company of Indonesia, and a vice chair of the Experts Board, Society of Renewable Energy of Indonesia.

Dr. Heru Susetyo is an Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala) at Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. He is also the Manager of Research and Publication at Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. Other professional activities include; Editor in Chief of Jurnal Hukum dan Pembangunan @FHUI (Law and Development); Editor in Chief Journal of Islam and Islamic Law Studies @FHUI; Member of Jakarta Province Board of Research (2018 – 2022); Lawyer and Legal Consultant (admitted to Indonesian Bar since 1999); and Member of Central Honorary Board of Notary. His areas of expertise are Victimology, Criminology, Criminal Law, Human Rights, Humanitarian Law, Refugees Law, Terrorism Studies, Islamic Law, Islamic Criminal Law, Islamic Social Welfare, Law and Social Welfare. He received his PhD from Mahidol University Institute of Human Rights & Peace Studies Nakorn Pathom,Thailand in 2014.
