Daily wellness check-in — answer 10 quick questions and see your Health Score.
Track blood pressure, blood sugar, eye and ear health.
Caribbean recipes, gentle workouts and step tracking.
Talk to Mina, your friendly AI wellness companion, anytime.
Before you start — what you need :
A smartphone (iPhone or Android) connected to the internet.
Your National ID card OR Driver's Permit (for the easiest sign-up).
Or, an email address and a password you will remember.
About 5 to 10 minutes.
There are two ways to sign up. The first one is the easiest because you do not need to remember a password.
Open your phone's browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android) and go to: wellnesshubtt.online/seniors
Tap the big yellow button "Get started".
On the next screen, tap "Sign up with my ID card".
Take a clear photo of the BACK of your National ID card OR FRONT of Driver's Permit. Lay it flat on a dark surface in good light.
Check the details the app reads from your card. Fix anything that is wrong.
Take a quick selfie when the app asks. Look straight at the camera.
Done. The app will set up Face ID or fingerprint sign-in for you automatically — no password to remember.
Open your browser and go to: wellnesshubtt.online/seniors
Tap "Get started", then look for "Or use email and password" and choose the "Sign up" tab.
Type your first name, last name, email, phone number, and date of birth.
Choose a password (at least 6 characters) and type it again to confirm.
(Optional) Add a caregiver name and phone, and an emergency contact.
Tick the box to agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Medical Disclaimer.
Tap "Create my account". You are in.
PART 2 — Put the app on your home screen
This makes the app open with one tap, just like WhatsApp.
Make sure you opened the site in Safari (not Chrome).
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Scroll down the list and tap "Add to Home Screen".
Tap "Add" in the top right corner.
Look on your home screen for the new Wellness Hub icon. That is your app.
Open the site in Chrome.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
Tap "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen").
Tap "Install" to confirm.
The Wellness Hub icon will appear on your home screen.
PART 3 — Signing in next time
You have three easy ways to sign in. Pick whichever is easiest for you.
A. Sign in with your phone (Face ID or fingerprint) — fastest
Open the app. On the login screen you will see a yellow button: "Sign in with your phone".
Tap it and unlock your phone with your face, fingerprint, or PIN.
You are in. No typing.
Note: this button appears automatically on devices where you have signed in before.
B. Sign in with your ID card
Tap "Sign in with my ID card" on the welcome screen.
Take a photo of the same ID you used to sign up, then a quick selfie.
The app will match them and sign you in. Best if you forgot your password.
C. Sign in with email and password
Choose the "Log in" tab.
Type your email and password and tap "Log in".
PART 4 — Forgot your password? No problem
You can reset it yourself in two simple ways:
Way 1 — Use your ID card (easiest)
On the welcome screen, tap "Sign in with my ID card".
Take a photo of your ID and a quick selfie.
You are signed in straight away — no password needed.
Way 2 — Get a 6-digit code by email
On the "Log in" tab, tap "Forgot password?"
Type your email and tap "Send code".
Open your email inbox. Find the email with a 6-digit code.
Type the 6-digit code into the app.
Choose a new password and type it again to confirm.
Tap "Reset password" and log in with your new password.
PART 5 — Your daily routine for best results
Doing a little every day is better than a lot once a week. Here is a simple routine:
Morning (2 minutes)
Tap "Talk to Mina" and ask any health question in plain English.
Mid-morning
If you measured your blood pressure or sugar, tap "Blood Pressure & Sugar" and log it.
Lunchtime (1 minute)
Tap "Food Scanner" and snap a photo of your meal for friendly guidance.
Or browse "Healthy Recipes" for a Caribbean meal idea.
Afternoon
Take a short walk. The app counts your steps under "Step Tracking".
Evening (3 minutes)
Daily Wellness Check-in". Answer the 10 quick questions.
Check your Health Score and 30-day trend under "My History".
Once or twice a week
Try a gentle "Video Workout".
Do an "Eye Health" or "Ear Health" check.
Read a short article in the "Library Corner".
Use "Budget & Finance" to track your spending.
Do the morning check-in every day — even on weekends.
Use Wi-Fi when you can to save mobile data.
Keep your phone charged before a walk so steps are counted.
Ask Mina anything — there are no silly questions.
If a screen looks stuck, close the app and open it again.
Forgot your password? Use "Sign in with my ID card", or use the "Forgot password?" link to get a 6-digit code by email.
Cannot find your email code? Check the Spam or Junk folder.
Phone not recognising your face? Type your password instead — it still works.
If something is not working, close the app fully and open it again.
Ask a family member or caregiver to sit with you the first time — it usually only takes one try.
