FOREWORD

It is my great pleasure to welcome all participants to the 5th International Conference on Technology and Operations Management (iCTOM 2026) organised by the School of Technology Management and Logistics (STML), Universiti Utara Malaysia. This conference provides an important platform for academics, researchers, industry practitioners, and postgraduate students to share research findings, exchange ideas, and strengthen collaboration in the areas of technology management, operations, logistics, and engineering. Through this initiative, STML continues its commitment to advancing knowledge and promoting impactful research that contributes to global and industry development.

The theme “Sustainable Futures: AI-Driven Management of Technology, Operations, Logistics and Engineering Innovation” highlights the growing role of digital technologies and innovation in addressing sustainability challenges. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the organising committee, reviewers, collaborators, and sponsors for their dedication in making this conference possible.
