The iCTOM 2026 Publication and Peer Review Process is conducted through the iCTOM Conference Management System to ensure a transparent, systematic, and ethical review workflow. All submitted papers will undergo initial screening for scope, format, completeness, and basic requirements, followed by similarity and ethical screening, including similarity index verification, AI usage disclosure, and reference integrity checks. Each eligible paper will then be evaluated through a double-anonymous peer review process by a minimum of two qualified reviewers. The review will assess the paper based on relevance to the conference scope, originality, technical quality, methodology, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field. Based on reviewers’ recommendations, authors may receive a decision of acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. Revised papers will be re-evaluated before final acceptance, followed by camera-ready submission, editorial and formatting checks, and publication and indexing processes.
