The Tibeto-Burman Linguistics Association of North East India (TiBLANEI), an association of native linguists, community linguists, and scholars of Tibeto-Burman languages of Northeast India.

The first international conference of TiBLANEI, focusing on the Tibeto-Burman languages of Northeast India in collaboration with the Centre for Endangered Languages, Tezpur University, will be held from 26th-29th June, 2021 in hybrid mode.
