This activity is called "Image Manipulation" because it is where we demonstrate and apply what we learned in our lesson about using GIMP for image manipulation. In this activity, We were able to do image manipulation by editing the image in various ways, such as removing the blemishes and the piercing from the original image, changing the eye colors, making it black and white, and only having the eyes have color, as well as exploring the text tool by putting my name on the lower right corner of the picture. We were really amazed by this activity. It really made us appreciate the value of ICT because, through this technology, we can easily edit some blemishes in the pictures we take and make them more presentable. However, we were also reminded of the reality of social media and/or the internet while creating this activity. Because we can easily edit like this and remove blemishes, we cannot fully guarantee that all of the things we see on the internet are true. Some can be catfish. That is why we put "amazed" and "she's a catfish" in our gif reaction for this activity.
