Enrollment-New/Transfer Student[Online ]
Go to WU-P Automate then Select PARENTS/STUDENTS.
wupautomate.wesleyan.edu.ph:8339
Click "Click here to Register". Select your status (New or Transferee) then PROCEED.
Select your Previous School, Course/Program ,School Year and Semester
Fill up the needed Personal and Contact Data then Click PROCEED.(Note: Don’t forget to provide your Email address and Contact number. You Assessment Form will be sent to your email Account)
Create your Username and Password.(Note: Your account can only be accessible once you are officially enrolled.*Password should NOT be less than 4 and exceed 32 characters.)
You are now successfully REGISTERED for the Enrollment process. Wait for your Assessment form to be sent to the Email Address you provided.
Submit a scanned copy of your credentials/ documents to the Registrar’s Office (registrar@wesleyan.edu.ph) and to your Respective College .

A. Bank – Pay your fees through bank , then email your proof of payment to your Respective College .Wait for the enrolment confirmation and your receipt in your email account.

You are now Officially Enrolled.

Log in to your WU-P Automate Account.

Go to "Personal Information" ,Click "Edit Personal Info", Update your Information especially your Contact Details.
Select Enrollment then Online Advising (20## - ).
Proceed to Advising Page.
Select your Schedule by clicking "Schedule" button on the right most part of the subject.
Check your Selected Subject/s and Schedule then click "Proceed".
You are now Advised , you can now Print or Save your Assessment form. (For evaluation, Reassessment and Blocking, Contact Your College for further instruction)

Alumni ID and Plus Card Request - New Application
Proceed to Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) for your ALUMNI ID NUMBER and ALUMNI Plus Card NUMBER. Bring a Print out of your Ledger or Graduation Fee Receipt.
Log-in to your WU-P Automate Account and update your personal and contact information. (Personal Information >Edit Personal Info)

Check the ICT Facebook page for the list of Approved Requests. or you will also receive an email confirmation that your request was Approved. The Schedule for claiming will also be sent to your email.
Proceed to NOC, Room 202, Computer Science Building.Bring your Receipt and Valid Identification.
Alumni ID and Plus Card request -Renewal
Proceed to Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) for profiling.
Log-in to your WU-P Automate Account and Update your personal and contact information.(if there are any changes)

Your STUDENT ID NUMBER(Printed in your Receipts) is Your DEFAULT USERNAME and PASSWORD. You'll also be required to Change your Username and Password upon login.

3.Using your WU-P Automate Account, log-in to Wesleyan Online Services.

Using your WU-P Automate Account, log-in to Wesleyan Online Services.
