ICS Marriage Profile does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share users’ personal information.
The app does not require account registration or login.
The app does not provide public profile listings, candidate searches, messaging, or database submissions.

Name and profile photo
Birth and personal details
Education and occupation details
Family and sibling details
Community details
Contact information

This information is stored locally on the user’s device. ICS Softwares does not have access to this information.
The app requests photo-library access only when the user chooses to add a profile photo.
Selected photos are used to create marriage-profile documents and remain stored locally within the app’s data.
The app does not upload photos to any server.
Users may create and export marriage-profile documents as PDF or image files.
Exported files are shared only when the user chooses to use Apple’s system sharing options.
ICS Softwares does not automatically receive or store exported documents.
The app provides export privacy controls that allow users to exclude selected information, including:
Monthly income
Phone and WhatsApp numbers
Address
Birth time
Community details
Horoscope charts
Users are responsible for reviewing exported documents before sharing them.
Optional traditional reference tools perform calculations using information entered by the user.
These calculations are performed within the app. Information used by these tools is not submitted to ICS Softwares.
Users can delete saved profiles from the app’s local profile library.
Deleting the app also removes locally stored app data, subject to the device’s backup and restore settings.
ICS Softwares does not maintain a server-side copy of user profiles.
ICS Marriage Profile does not use third-party advertising services.
The app does not track users across apps or websites.
The app does not use personal information for analytics or marketing.
ICS Marriage Profile is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
ICS Softwares does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The app is designed to keep profile information locally on the user’s device.
Users should protect their device and carefully choose how and with whom exported documents are shared.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app’s features or privacy practices change.
