Abstract Submission

Authors are requested to submit an abstract not exceeding one A4 size page. The format for the one-page abstract can be downloaded below. The abstract must include: Title of the paper, Names of the authors with full affiliation, Email of the corresponding and presenting author. There are two modes of presentation either Oral or Poster. Limited number of oral presentation will be selected based on the quality of the work. The duration for oral presentation is strictly restricted to 10 minute (8 minute for presentation and 2 minute for discussions).

Registration

Please submit registration to the conference by filling up the registration form at the link. The abstract should be submitted online while submitting the Registration form. Registration fee structure

Master's Students/Research Scholars (TU) : INR 500.00

Master's Students/Research Scholars (Outside TU) : INR 1500.00

Alumni (TU) : INR 2000.00

Postdoc/ RA/ WOS/Inspire Faculty : INR 2500.00

Faculty/Scientist : INR 3000.00

Industry Delegate : INR 5000.00

Foreign Delegate : $ 100.00

*The Registration fee is non-refundable. Registration fee includes conference kit, breakfast, lunch, and high tea/coffee (only for 24-25 February 2026). The registration fee does not include accommodation charges. No cash payment will be accepted during the conference as registration fee.

Accommodation

Accommodation may be arranged at Tezpur University Guest House and separate student hostels for boys and girls. Depending on room availability, accommodations will be provided either individual or shared basis, on a first-come, first-served basis. It is on chargeable basis as per the rate of Guest House/Hostel.
