ICRIM Workshop 2020

March 24th-25th, 2020 - Tarbes (France)

Co-located with the I-ESA 2020 Conference

ICRIM 2020 workshop (https://iesa2020.enit.fr/#workshops_list) aims to provide an outlook of the research on how interoperability solutions for crisis management could increase resilience of organizations as enterprises or those operating in smart cities. The workshop solicits interdisciplinary papers considering crisis management as a specific context where expectations about collaboration and interoperability are drastically exacerbated. Criticality of consequences on the one hand increases time constraints and obligation of acting, and on the other hand, implies to imagine specific collaborative approaches fitting with specific domains and specific actors.

We welcome papers on topics including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Big data analytics and management in crisis management
  • Communication infrastructures, technologies and services for crisis management
  • Crisis and emergency ontologies
  • Coordination, collaboration and decision support technologies and systems for crisis management
  • Decision making under uncertainty
  • Humanitarian logistics
  • Enterprise resilience
  • Evacuation and rescue geo-planning
  • Geo-Information technologies for crisis management
  • Interoperability in crisis management
  • Meta-models for crisis
  • Modeling and simulation tools for crisis and disaster situations
  • Prediction and early warning systems
  • Querying and filtering on heterogeneous, multi-source streaming disaster data
  • Reasoning with uncertainty in crisis management
  • Resilience engineering
  • Risk, damage and loss assessment
  • Safety and security
  • Sensors-based architectures
  • Situation awareness
  • Smart cities resilience
  • Social media for crisis management and participatory activities
