The fourth INFORMS Conference on Quality, Statistics, and Reliability (ICQSR) will be held in Hong Kong from July 05-09, 2026. ICQSR is the flagship conference of the Quality, Statistics, and Reliability (QSR) section of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS).
The theme of ICQSR 2026 is AI for Quality & Reliability. The conference aims to provide a premier international forum for scholars, researchers, industry experts, and students to exchange research innovations, methodological advances, and practical insights in areas including quality improvement, statistical learning, reliability assurance, and artificial intelligence-enabled decision-making.
ICQSR 2026 will address both foundational research and emerging practical challenges across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, energy, healthcare, human–machine systems, and business analytics. By integrating efforts from academia and industry, the conference seeks to promote original, fundamental, and transdisciplinary research with the potential to generate timely and long-lasting impacts across broad application domains.
Through a series of plenary talks, technical presentations, panel discussions, and other academic activities, ICQSR 2026 will create opportunities for participants to share cutting-edge developments, explore new research directions, and foster collaborations at the intersection of quality, statistics, reliability, and AI.
