Submission Guidelines

Paper Submission Instructions

We invite submissions to fairness in biometric systems as outlined in the call for papers. Papers are limited to 14 pages (including references) and should use the Springer LNCS format. The submission of papers will be handled through CMT. Papers submitted will be reviewed using single-blind peer review by at least three reviewers. All persons who have made any substantial contribution to the work are required to include their names and affiliations in their paper. Papers will be selected based on relevance, significance and novelty of results, technical merit, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be included in the ICPR 2022 Workshop Proceedings, which will be published according to the publication rules of ICPR conference.

Submission: All papers must be submitted before or on the submission deadline using CMT submission system.

Ethical requirements

The organizers require that all authors wishing to present a paper declare that:

  • The paper is substantially original and that no paper substantially similar in content has been submitted or will be submitted to any other conference or journal during the review period.

  • The paper does not contain plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

  • Once accepted, at least one author is expected to attend the event (in person or online) and orally present the paper.
