ICPP-EMS 2022 WORKSHOP

THE 2022 INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON EMBEDDED MULTICORE SYSTEMS (ICPP-EMS 2022)

August 29, 2022

Bordeaux, France

08/26/2022: ICPP-EMS 2022 Virtual workshop webex link should be sent to every attendee who registered in ICPP 2022.

07/31/2022: ICPP-EMS 2022 program schedule is updated. The virtual workshop will be held during 12:30pm-14:30pm Monday August 29th 2022 - All times are in CEST

06/23/2022: ICPP-EMS 2022 in conjunction with the 51th International Conference on Parallel Processing (ICPP 2022) will be held virtually.

In order to have a dynamic technical program, ICPP'22 will be experimenting with a new type of online sessions. Each technical sessions will focus on a thematic, will last for one hour and will include four or five papers of the technical program. Slides and videos of the papers will be available to attendees in advance. Attendees should watch them before the session. Then the session will be organized as a small panel:

  • at first each author will remind quickly the main points of their work (roughly 5 minutes per paper)

  • A discussion will then be organized between the presenters and attendees, this discussion can focus on technical questions about the work of the paper or be more global about the session thematic.

Author notification is delayed to June 26, 2022.

Submission deadline is extended to June 10, 2022.

Embedded systems with multicore designs are of major focuses from both industry and academia. While embedded multicore systems will look to play an important role ahead for system designs, many challenging issues remain. Applications, programming models, architecture designs, emerging memory architectures, and software tools all need to help for the advance of embedded multicore computing ahead.

The 2022 International Workshop on Embedded Multicore Systems (ICPP-EMS 2022) will bring researchers and experts together to present and discuss the latest developments and technical solutions concerning various aspects of embedded multicore computing.

ICPP-EMS 2022 seeks original unpublished papers focusing on emerging applications, embedded compilers, embedded memory and architecture design, DSP/GPU systems, ESLs, embedded multicore programming models, and WCET analysis. Moreover, ICPP-EMS 2022 also welcomes work-in-progress, case studies, visionary idea, new application challenges, and industrial practice studies.

ICPP-EMS 2022 is organized in conjunction with the 51th International Conference on Parallel Processing (ICPP 2022), Bordeaux, France, from August 29th to Sept 1st 2022.
