Submission Guidelines

Instructions for final camera-ready version:

• Authors will receive an email from the ACM rights management system (rightsreview@acm.org). This email will contain information about what authors need to do to submit their copyright form for papers. Authors will need to complete this process.

• Once authors have completed the ACM copyright form, the ACM rights management site will send them the rights text and bibliographic strip that they *must* include in their papers.

• All authors need to ensure their paper conforms to the ACM Master Template, sigconf proceedings template variant. This template is available at https://www.acm.org/publications/authors/submissions (LaTeX and Word). (If you have any problems with the templates, please contact ACM’s TeX support team at Aptara, acmtexsupport@aptaracorp.com.) • Authors will generate a PDF from their paper sources, and email both the PDF and paper sources to Phil Roth and Christine Harvey via email (rothpc@ornl.gov; ceharvey@mitre.org).
