GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION:
All oral presentations will be scheduled into the program as live talks.
Oral presentations will be for 10 minutes followed by a 2 minutes Q&A session.
The presenter is required to attend the virtual live session for presentation as well as for Q&A session to answer any questions or add to any discussions taking place.
All oral presenters are required to send their abstracts on or before 15th March 2021.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION:
The presenters for the poster session are required to send the following on or before 15th March 2021.
PDF version of the poster (landscape format).
Abstract
A short (max 7 minutes) pre-recorded video presentation for poster presentation should include:
Objectives and significance of the study
Methodology used
Results
Conclusions
Poster pre-recording will be followed by a 3 minute Q&A session for which the participant has to be present online.
The presentation should have the poster in the background with the video of the participant in a separate window. Record the session using OBS Studio software.

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES:
The total abstract should be 250 words in Times New Roman font.
The Title should be in 14 font size, followed by author affiliation (12 font size in italics) with the email id of the corresponding author, followed by text in 12 font size.
The abstract should include the background of work, methodology, results, and conclusion.
Authors can also incorporate a graphical figure if they want.
Last date for sending abstracts: on or before 15th March 2021.
