Abstracts will be accepted for oral or poster presentation.

Abstracts are to be submitted via the form below or by e-mail as an attached file in Word format to the congress secretariat at the following e-mail addresses: (icph-9@uhp.ac.ma). 

The deadline for abstract submission is July 31, 2025. 

Acceptance will be decided by the end of August 2025. The official language of the congress will be English. All peer-reviewed submissions will be published, in an abstract-volume.

Abstracts are limited to two A4‐size pages, text including figures or tables. Top, bottom, left, and right margins 25 mm.

Title: Upper and lower case, left justified, Times New Roman font, 14 pt bold.

Contributors’ names: Upper and lower case, left justified, first name first, surname last, Times New Roman font 12 pt.

Affiliation: Upper and lower case, left justified, Times New Roman font, 11 pt italic. Numbered superscripts should be used to indicate the affiliation of each contributor. E-mail address can be added in parentheses at the end of the corresponding contributor’s affiliation.

Main text: Single‐spaced text, Times New Roman 12pt font, no section headings.

Key words: Times New Roman 12pt font, (at least five key words separated by semicolons [;], which should indicate the content of the abstract).
