AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Registration for Accepted Authors

Accepted authors must complete the following requirements for their papers to be included in the ICP2026 proceedings:

• Revise the manuscript based on the reviewers’ comments.

• Ensure that the iThenticate similarity score does not exceed 30%.

• Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) through EDAS.

• Complete author registration and payment through EDAS.

• Upload the final camera-ready manuscript after payment verification.

The camera-ready upload function will remain locked until the registration payment has been verified by the ICP2026 Treasurer.

Payments Made Outside EDAS

Authors paying by bank transfer, Local Order (LO), Letter of Undertaking (LOU), cheque or other approved institutional methods must email their proof of payment or supporting document to the conference secretariat.

Please include:

• EDAS Paper ID

• Paper title

• Name of the registered author

• Proof of payment or supporting document

Upload access will be activated after payment verification.

Important Deadline

Camera-Ready Paper Submission and Author Registration Deadline: 25 July 2026.

Completion of both registration and final paper submission is required for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
