Welcome to حامل الأيقونات . This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Android mobile application. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the application.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
When you choose to sign in with Google, we collect:
• Your Google account display name
• Your Google profile photo URL
• Your Google account email address (used only for authentication)
If you play as a Guest, no personal account information is collected.
The following information is collected automatically during your use of the application:
• Game progress data (current level, solved words, score, timer)
• Total gameplay statistics (total levels completed, total score, total time played)
• Hint usage and in-app purchase history
• Device identifiers used by advertising networks (see Section 5)
• App interaction events such as level completions and ad interactions
The following data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers:
• Sound and music preferences (on/off settings)
• Story text size preference
• Game progress snapshot for resume functionality
• Guest player total score
We use the information we collect to:
• Authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In
• Display your name and profile picture within the app
• Maintain and display your score on the global leaderboard (Firebase Realtime Database)
• Save and restore your game progress so you can continue where you left off
• Process in-app purchases and grant purchased hint items
• Serve advertisements through Google AdMob
• Analyse app performance and improve gameplay experience
• Comply with legal obligations
Our application offers in-app purchases for additional hints. All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Billing system.
• Hint packs — additional hints used to reveal letters, answers, or receive biographical clues
• Hints are consumable items and are deducted as you use them during gameplay
All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details or banking information. Your purchase information is governed by Google Play's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted through Google Play. Please refer to Google Play's refund policy at: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
Purchased hint counts are stored locally on your device via our SQLite database. If you uninstall the application, locally stored purchase benefits may be lost. We recommend backing up your Google account to preserve leaderboard scores.
Our application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalised ads based on your interests. The following ad formats are used in our application:
• Banner Ads — displayed at the bottom of the game screen
• Interstitial Ads — displayed between game levels
• Rewarded Video Ads — optional ads you can watch to earn a free hint
• App Open Ads — displayed when the application is launched
AdMob may collect the following for advertising purposes:
• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• App interaction data
You can opt out of personalised advertising by adjusting your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

We use the following Firebase services provided by Google:
Used to securely verify your Google account identity. Firebase Authentication does not store your Google password. Authentication tokens are managed securely by Google's infrastructure.
Used to store and retrieve leaderboard data. The following information is stored in our Firebase Realtime Database:
• Your display name
• Your profile photo URL
• Your total game score
• Total levels completed
• Total time played
• Timestamp of last update
Guest players' data is never written to Firebase. Only authenticated (Google Sign-In) users appear on the global leaderboard.
Firebase data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
• With Google — for authentication (Firebase Auth), leaderboard storage (Firebase Realtime Database), and advertising (AdMob), as described in this policy
• With Google Play — for processing in-app purchases
• As required by law — if compelled by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority
• To protect rights — if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our application, our users, or the public
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service:
• Firebase leaderboard data is retained until you request deletion or sign out and request data removal
• Local device data (game progress, preferences) is retained until you uninstall the application
• Google authentication tokens are managed by Google and expire automatically
To request deletion of your Firebase data, please contact us using the information in Section 12.
Our application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The application is intended for general audiences. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our app, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to remove that information.
For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR requirements regarding minors. For users in the United States, we comply with COPPA requirements.
You may access and update your Google account information (name, profile picture) by managing your Google account at myaccount.google.com.
You may request deletion of your leaderboard data by contacting us. Upon verification, we will remove your entry from the Firebase Realtime Database within 30 days.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Android device settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads.
You may use the application as a guest without providing any personal information. Guest mode score is stored only on your device and is not shared with any third party.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, restrict processing of your data, and data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. These include:
• All Firebase data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Firebase Authentication uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocols
• Local SQLite data is stored in the application's private storage, inaccessible to other apps
• In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play's secure payment infrastructure
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
