Yes! We provide a large prop assortment, which includes boas, big glasses, hats, wigs, mustaches, event related signs, etc… If there is something you want in particular, please let us know and we will do our best to provide it!
That is no problem at all! This is common. If there is no other bookings after your slot, you may request an additional hour of service. Additional hours are billed at just $150 per hour!
Photo Booth galleries are live for 120 days so be sure do download within that time frame. We do not have access to galleries once they are deleted.
Of course! Idle time can be used for non-operational hours at a discounted rate. This time is usually selected if you require the booth to be setup and operational prior to the event start time, or wish for people to not use the booth during a specified time period.
Absolutely! Our Memory Book service is extremely popular at weddings! Whether it’s a wedding or not, the memory book service is a great keepsake from the celebration! Our Memory Book service is listed as an upgrade and is priced at $100; this is for the memory book and materials, and our attendant’s coordination and assistance! This service must be ordered at least 14 days prior to your event.
Yes, 2 friendly attendants will be there 45 minutes prior to make sure everything is set up for the celebration! During the event, they will make sure the booth is operating properly and everyone is having a great time! Following the event, they will break down the booth!
All bookings are non-refundable. They are, however, fully transferable if a reschedule is needed at least 30 days prior to your scheduled booking. Rescheduled bookings may be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee. There are no refunds for a cancelled booking unless approved for extenuating circumstances. Discounted bookings are nonrefundable and not transferable.
Certainly! Our graphic design team puts together a perfect design for you. We will not move forward with this until you are 100% satisfied with the photo strip design. This service is included in all of our packages! If you have a certain logo and image you’d like us to use, simply send it over and we will work from it to design your photo strips!
Vendor meals are not required but they are appreciated. If you are booking the booth for 3 or more hours, we are required to give the technicians a break so they can eat. This break is usually about 30 mins so they have enough time to find a restaurant off site. However, if you choose to provide meals, their breaks will be limited to 10-15 minutes or less since they are on site.
