Travel:

We do NOT commit any travel assistance to anyone for attending the conference or presenting papers/posters in it because of the paucity of funds to organize the conference. Participants are requested to manage their travel on their own.

If you are coming from the airport, you may take pre-paid taxi service from within the terminal. Ola/Uber service is also available outside airport, but to reach the pick up area, you have to walk a little bit. If you are coming from the train station, you can follow the same. Either book a prepaid auto/taxi or call an Ola/Uber. Much like the airport area, the Ola/Uber pick up point at the train station is also a little far. There is also a private taxi service called Fast-track, which may charge around 500 rupees from the airport and 300 rupees from the train station. So choose the option that is suitable to you and your pocket.

Accommodation: 

• The conference does NOT provide free accommodation. However we have have booked a few rooms (shared) in the campus guest house and the participants can avail it by paying for it. Per day room rent would come around 500rs. per person and two people can share a room. 

• We also have hostel facilities for student participants and the charges for that will be around 350 rs. a day. The charges are only for accommodation, the food will be separately charged.  

• Your conference registration money will cover 2 lunches, 1 dinner and tea. 

• Once people start registering we will get provide accommodation details information and the booking will be done on first-come-first-serve basis.
