Note to Authors:

Some journals require additional publication fees. These fees are not included in the conference registration and must be borne by the author(s) upon confirmation and acceptance by the respective journal. Please refer here for more information.

PAYMENT METHOD

FOR LOCAL PARTICIPANTS

Payment should be made via e-payment through QR CODE to MUAFAKAT POLYCC ICGESD 2025.

Save and rename the Bank Receipt using paper ID according to parallel conference.
(Example: ICODESSD01.pdf)

Participants are required to Upload the “Proof of Payment” to the payment details:

Payment Confirmation will be e-mailed to participants after payment is successfully made within 7 working days.

Payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

Payment should be made via online transfer through to the following account:
