Authors

Author Guideline

Interested authors are invited to submit abstracts of up to 250 words in MS Word through the online link. The abstract template is available on the conference website. The acceptance of abstracts will be communicated to the authors via email. The accepted papers will be presented at the conference. All submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or submitted for publication/presentation at any other journal or conference. The papers presented at the conference will undergo a peer-review process. Selected papers will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals/publications. Detailed publication information will be announced after receiving confirmation from the respective publishers.

Awards

Best Paper Award: Papers recognized as the Best Session Papers will be considered for the Best Paper Award. The Organizing Committee will select the Best Paper in each theme based on the overall quality of the paper, along with the evaluations and recommendations of the session chairs and expert reviewers. 

Young Researcher Award: The Young Researcher Award is open to researchers below the age of 35 who have demonstrated outstanding scientific contributions. Eligible papers must have no more than three authors. Authors wishing to be considered for this award should indicate their interest at the top of the abstract during submission. The award will be presented based on the quality of the research and the presentation. Awardees will receive a certificate and will be honoured during the valedictory ceremony. 

Remark: 

1. Accommodation will be provided in the NERIST Guest House and hotels at Nirjuli, subject to availability. Provision can also be made for accompanying persons. 2. At least one author of an accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference. 

3. Registration will be considered complete only upon successful payment of the registration fee.
