Payment of the registration fee will be done on-site
(further information will be provided prior to the conference)

The registration fee includes :

• Admission to all technical sessions

• Refreshments during breaks and launches (pause-café et déjeuner inclus)

• Access to the Book of Abstracts

• Wireless connectivity in conference session area

• Conference bag

• Trip to Roman Theater and Roman Baths

However, please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation for overnight stays or dinner. We recommend that you plan ahead and make necessary arrangements for these services to ensure a comfortable stay during the conference.
