This year's Workshop follows the successful 2018 Workshop on Tractable Probabilistic Models (TPM 2018), co-located with ICML/IJCAI/ECAI 2018 and it also builds on a long history of related workshops:

• 2nd Workshop on INFERNING: Interactions between inference and learning (ICML 2013)
• LTPM: Learning Tractable Probabilistic Models (ICML 2014)
