Hotel reservations will be arranged and billed through the Mathematics Department. Please indicate on the registration form the dates for which you would you like to request a hotel room. Details of your reservation will be sent to the provided email address one or two weeks prior to the workshop.
Directions to Texas A&M University:
Texas A&M University is located in College Station, Texas, which by automobile lies about 1 hour and 45 minutes northwest of Houston, 1 hour and 45 minutes east of Austin, and 3 hours south of Dallas. Easterwood Airport in College Station is served by American Airlines (connecting to Dallas). There is also a shuttle service from Bush Intercontinental Airport and Hobby Airport in Houston. Because of NSF regulations, participants applying for support are kindly requested to use US flag carriers for all their flights, if at all possible, to enable reimbursement.
Parking:
The Northside Garage, located next to the Math Department (Blocker Building), offers timed visitor parking on the first level with pay stations. Please note that there will be other events taking place on campus during the same weekend, so parking in the garage may be crowded. Free weekend parking is available in Lots 32, 47, 50, and 54.
