The workshop invites submissions broadly across the entire field of Financial AI, spanning research, practice, and policy.ย
Within this broad scope, this yearโs edition places a particular focus on the design, deployment, and governance of Agentic AI systems, with an emphasis on responsibility, safety, and trust.
We invite contributions on โ but not limited to โ the following themes:

Responsible & Trustworthy Agents: Safe, fair, and transparent AI for credit, lending, and compliance; oversight mechanisms and enhanced interpretability.
Robustness & Reliability: Methods for ensuring stability under shocks, distributional shifts, or adversarial conditions; adversarial defense and privacy preservation.
Modeling & Forecasting: Advances in time-series modeling, market prediction, and risk assessment; adapting architectures for financial domain constraints.
Human-AI Collaboration: Frameworks combining machine intelligence with human judgment in advisory, investment, and operational workflows.
Ethics, Policy, & Regulation: Governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption, accountability, regulatory compliance, and broader economic implications.
Foundation Models & Decision-Making: Large-scale models governed by market constraints; uncertainty quantification; and integrated decision-making (e.g., hedging, portfolio construction).
Methodology & Frameworks: Methodological work related to Agentic AI in finance, even without direct financial application.

Review Process & Publication
Submissions and reviews will remain confidential during the review period. Only accepted papers will be made public via the OpenReview portal.

For accepted papers, the authors must attend the workshop and present their work via a poster or oral presentation in person.ย
Important Information about Short/Tiny Paper Track
Since 2025, ICLR has discontinued the separate โTiny Papersโ track, and is instead requiring each workshop to accept short (3โ5 pages in ICLR format, exact page length to be determined by each workshop) paper submissions, with an eye towards inclusion; see โโhttps://iclr.cc/Conferences/2025/CallForTinyPapers for a history of the ICLR tiny papers initiative. Authors of these papers will be earmarked for potential funding from ICLR, but need to submit a separate application for Financial Assistance that evaluates their eligibility. This application for Financial Assistance to attend ICLR 2026 will become available on https://iclr.cc/Conferences/2026/ at the beginning of February and close early March.
We are excited to announce the Best Paper Award. Exceptional submissions will be recognized with a certificate of recognition and a monetary prize.
Selection is based on recommendations from our program committee.ย
To promote inclusivity and broaden participation, we are offering a set of travel grants to support attendees from diverse backgrounds. Further details, including eligibility criteria and the application process, will be shared soon.
